I'm still on track, just have been busy

Yesterday was my anniversary and we went out to eat. I ate the rest of my points and some that I had to earn today as APs (spinning and abs). No matter. I really can do okay with 20 points per day, as long as I'm preplanning, and to make sure that I can do that, I went to the supermarket this evening and got lots of fresh fruits, veggies, etc.

I'm putting yesterday and today's menu here in reverse chronological order. I still have 3.5 points today and I don't really feel hungry. I have much reading to do and I'm exhausted. I wrote down that I'm going to have 1.5 cups of fat free milk with a packet of no-sugar added hot chocolate, I think I'll do that in a bit.
