Wacky Eating Day

Well, the day is not over. But so far so good. I'm feeling satisfied now and it's 8pm. If I'm hungry I will eat the 0 point soup (1 cup only) later and chug water. It's almost a mind-over matter thing, I want to stick to my 20 points and not dip further into my WPA so early in the week.

I didn't work out--again. I'm going spinning tomorrow (at the gym). It really hurt my calves last time but I just gotta do it. Where else can I earn 9 APs in one day (also with 30 min abs/weight lifting)?
