Saturday was my 30th birthday and I went to weigh in. I lost 0.4 -- so 146.4.
I didn't track on Saturday or Sunday but tried to make good choices. I didn't drink too much and walked around a lot. But it was too hard to track running around and then having a surprise party. I probably went over my points some.
I did bike on Sunday but only because I had to go somewhere. But now I can't exercise too much because my back is still hurting from the nerve pinch. I'm hoping it goes away in the next few days so I can get back to it.
Anyway, other than exercise, I'm back on track today. I had a good 4 point breakfast with lots of protein, zero point soup for lunch, and will have a sensible dinner and stick within my points.
